8 years ago we were advised by a surveyor would need two flat roofs replacing on the house we had bought. We asked Steve at Renown for a quote. He came around when he promised he would. A big tick in the box as many didn’t. He quoted a fair price for one roof, but told us he reckoned the other could last another 7 or 8 years so we should hold onto or money for the 2nd roof. How refreshingly honest.

So he did the first roof – a fab job, and in great condition still. Almost bang on the 7 or 8 years he predicted the second roof sprung a leak. So we called Steve. Again he turned up when he promised. Again he quoted a fair price. And again he did a fantastic job on the roof.
